personal message problem Empty personal message problem

hello guys i have a problem regarding on personal message off mine and my co administrator.. everytime she reply on my message i dont receive her PM.. but if im the one who reply on her message she can receive my PM.. i dont know what or were is the problem if it is on my account or her account and why it is happen?

can you please help me on what to do in this matter? thanks in advance..

I have had this problem for months now. I very rarely get an email notification of a personal message, yet this morning I got 6 emails and NO personal messages!

Could be that they were deleted by the user in the outbox.
