HELP!

On my other forums, I used to have an option to show the title of the newest topic, but now I forget how to enable it!

EXAMPLE:

! Newest Post? ! 2cr34ls

Could somebody please navigate me to where I have to go in my admin panel to enable this?

Display>Structure & hierarchy
Show the last topic titles on index :Yes
