Can't set Custom Rank

Well here is my problem: I go into the Admin Panel and then go to user and select the user and go down to where i can set a special rank. Then i press save and it directs me to the top and say passwords do not match and the special rank has not changes. I am kinda new so is there a different way to change special ranks?

Your doing it the correct way, just the DataBase is being a bit annoying

What you need to do is just remove the black dots (representing the password) and then set the new rank.

Don't fret, it doesnt change the users' password or alter it in anyway, it's just a simple alternative that works
