Text or background color

Hi , I have problem with my forum . I can't see text because it's the same color like the background . I tried to change it in display>>colors , but it doesn't show the true color of the text . It's white and in there it shows blue .


Now , if anyone knows how to change this text color in CSS can you tell me how ? If not , is there a way to change the background color in black at least ? I use punbb version . Here are the photos of text
