Kind of frustrating

Okay so here's the situation:
Today I accidently deleted a very valuable post in my forums and I had no way of recovering it. So I went to the rescue tools to try and undo the action. But everytime I tried to log in it said my e-mail and password were incorrect. I had absolutely no idea what either my founder password or e-mail was. A help topic I found here told me that I should PM either Typlo or Ezimma so I can get it reset. But when I tried to pm both of them, a message came up saying they had disabled me from pming them. =\
So now I'm stuck. That post was really important and took me days to finish (it was the main rules for my forum). Please someone help me? I'm afraid if this issue isn't resolved soon I won't be able to get it back.

Luky or I can send you a new password but once we send you a new password your password to the forum will also be changed to the one that we provide you with in an email. Please click on Lost Password in my signature and we will help you out.

My warning level is still at zero and I haven't caused any trouble as far as I know...

okay this is seriously getting annoying. I'm thinking of leaving this place since this issue is apparently just being ignored..
