Solved how do i add topic icons / let users attach files to my forum?

How do I add topic icons (like what forummotion have when posting / editing a post) to my forum? or let users attach their own files to posts for others to see?

Admin Panel => Display => Pictures and Colors >> Pics management click on Advanced Mode topic icons add them there
