banned user - question about posts

Is it possible to see that the user is banned without going to his profile?

What I mean is, if a banned user has posted something before the ban, and now is banned, when someone reads his messages, it doesn't say anywhere that he is banned, only IN the profile.

Can this be changed or edited somehow?

You can add a special rank "banned" and attach it to the user when you ban him / her. Furthermore, you can make a group where you can put all banned users and give it a different colour from the regular users, or you can just use the warning system that is used here.

Where it says Reason for Ban you can type why and when the user tries to sign into the account they get your message.
