Donations Empty Donations

At the footer of my forum, I created a donations link called "Contribution". This is done though the website, but I am not sure where the money goes to.

Goes to your admin panel. It will convert the money into credits.

When I try to buy credits, it takes me to a PayPal page, and it says I need to enter my billing information.
