Please HELP! Empty Sliding Log In Bar Help.

I really would like to install this on my forum, if you think you can do it. Please PM me. I really would like this Smile

PS. I know this has been covered before, I've tried to follow it and did'nt work. And I would prefer someone who knows what they doing. I tried it and the whole thing went up in the air Shocked

or if you want you may post a STEP-BY-STEP tut, but it would have to be pretty detailed and cover where thing go and what not, lol
