Term of the service

yesterday, when i loggin in my admin control panel, i saw this
"Dear "0814class.5forum.net" forum administrator(s), it appears that your forum doesn't respect our Terms of service. Our service is free, so we are urged to only display legal content on the forums.

You have have until the 19-04-2010 to be in conformity. After this delay, we will have to delete your forum if it still isn't in conformity."

at first, i really shocked because the duty of my forum is sharing hand-outs of my university lessons. but after that, i admided that i was wrong that some members posted about cracks, it's not allowed. At the time i realized that, i deleted all the crack stuffs.
also, my forum uses the services of the third-parties, about : clock web, music, hitstas, clustrmaps, and a direct link khoahoa08.tk to my forum from http://www.dot.tk and it's all totally free.
i read the term of service so carefully and i don't see any thing that break the rule! But that commemt in my admin control panel is standing still there? I dont know what to do? if i wrong, could you please tell me my problem and i can fix it!

I say PM Typlo. But, he won't reply until Monday. Which is better than waiting to find out.

If your forum is in compliance, then it wont be deleted; the notice will be removed

When i log in adminstraotr and see:" doesn't respect our Terms of service", then i try respect but i really don't know how to do that. when i click accept. it's jum to the create a free fofum pages!!!!

It will remove it when Forumotion checks your forum. Check the ToS again and see what could be on your forum that could make your forum get banned.

Second, you must to read the Terms of service and verify if your forum respect them
