How to embed flash games on a page

Please can anyone tell me how to do this?

I would like to have a category on my forum called Arcade with all the latest and best free flash games on the net.

In the category I would like to have a list of threads each with the title of a different game. When you click on a thread the game will start.

Can somebody please help me?

I enabled HTML in Admin but didnt do the other bits mentioned in that guide.
