Need a Banner for Anime Island

Heya guys I need a banner for my forum

It should be mostly bluish and higly graphical and must have some anime characters in it.
There should be a tag line saying "The intense spot for all Anime Lovers"

Creation size (in pixels) : Size of an average Banner
With or without animation : Without
Background color : Fading Blue
Picture(s) link(s) : Pictures of Any anime characters.
Text to insert : Anime-Island then below it "The Intense Spot for All Anime Lovers"
Link to the font to download : Any cool graphical font
Font color : Light Blue of course

Extra comments : Make it graphical and should have glossy text

Sorry but.
That's not exactly what I wanted.
The banner is too crowded and there's no boundary.
But still thanks for your devotion and efforts.
Still looking for a good banner
