Solved Banner Up-dating

Hello Guys all what i need is to improve my banner to make it looks more proffesional
Text : SharingMonster
Render is in the banner it self its that white lion .. i lost the render but i guess its easy to extract
Colours that can be used : ( Red,Black,Blue ) to fit my skin
Animation : NO
Creation size (in pixels) : ( i dont know the current pixels but try to make it similar or a little bit smaller )
Background color : BLACK
Additional Comments : i would like to have the PSD please ? Smile

if you can't then i will use this one but can you please edit it to make it very centered above my navigation bar ?
and try to make the colours fit more please
