Cant change the colours in my chatbox!

I just changed to phpb3 or whatever its called
And now my chatbox is all white and i cant find the right tool in the admin panel to change it..
I have changed every setting that was set to white to black, and the chatbox is still white.
PLEASE HELP!

Post a screenshot of the chatbox & tell us which color you want to change?

the colours on the top and bottom, you can hardly see the words Chatbox, etc.
