Approve Attachments

Is it possible so that you can make attachments to be approved before they're allowed to be downloaded by the public?

This solves a lot of problems by staff members being able to remove viruses or un-safe files before they are downloaded.

would it be possible for forumotion to consider adding this?

Because as yet my forum does not have many members but it has had some attachments and I would like to assure my members that it is safe.
