XAT chatbox code not working!

The code of the xat chatbox is not working! i did a new widget and putted the html code in it. But it only show the code not the xat chatbox please help me. I got html and bbcode enabled.

i had the same problem! go to admin panel>messages and emails>configuration, and then click always allow HTML and click save. Then go to ur profile preferences and choose always allow HTML and click save. Also, when u are posting ur code, make sure u can see a green plus with HTML written on it above the script box.
