Creating a Homepage and need Help with a few things.

I am creating a HTML forum page, and i need peoples help to make it that EVEN better.

There is the homepage at the moment, and I would like to have a few extras like a sliding picture on there, it changes picture every few minutes etc.

A few polls on the front. I would like it to be more professional

For the first thing you could use javascript
There are lots of scripts out there, just google.
But i wont add anything more than that, it would feel to crowded

what do you mean crowded lol, scripts, what do you mean by that? am new at this lol

Crowded, as in way too much stuff on the page, making it less unique. If you overcrowd a page, it turns away from the point of having pages at all. Scripts are codes that can do some neat stuff to your website. If you Google Javascript, you could find out more about some things.
