Can't reach admin tools

Tried to find answer from the faq, but couldn't send pm as instructed, coz haven't send messages before??? Anyway, pm was denied, so let's try here.....

Problem is, I can log into my forum, but can't log into the backup section. I have lost the original information needed for login for the tools and backup.

Need the backup badly, as accidently deleted a topic

Solved the problem with login, but now have a new one

I wanted to recover one topic and with the backup there is only a few options to choose from. I wouldn't want to use those, because I have made a lot of changes since the error of losing a topic. I have created new forums and moved messages, so if I pick an opiton to recover the forum as it was hours ago I supposedly loose all my changes???

Only the changes that's been done an hour a go will be removed.
