2.I would Like The Name Naruto-Eledia in The Middle Of the Page " I want it to look like this [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] But with Naruto-Eledia .


3.I Then Want The Page to Make a Sound Of a Slash and a Bell Sound, And then the after the intro it take's you to the forum "Portal" .

well actually what you are requesting is a script. this section is plainly for design. the naruto thing with red background could be requested here but not the sound script.--why don't you request for that background first and then go to the script request section and tell everybody there that you want this and that,
