Some post on my forum after a period of time are deleted

I need urgent help from you, i have created a forum but i am having a big problem which i cannot solve by my own, some post on my forum after a period of time are deleted can you please tell me how i solve this problem ?????

Theres a time thing on how long there banned for, and mabey there time of being banned is up? If you want to keep them banned just set it for a longer time. Wink

Admin Panel> General> Forum> Configuration>

...and check the radio box 'NO' for 'pruning in the basket'.

Admin panel>Users and groups>Users(located on the side bar)>Ban controll> And then just set it so that the user is ban for a really long time. Smile

i saw this but i didn't have to do that because the radio box "NO" was checked i need other solution ??

Do you know what version your useing? phpBB3 right?

Some might recomend whateing tell Monday or Tuesday or whatever for forumotion to fix the problem, ALOT of BB3 versions are glitching up in alot of ways.

If you don't want to whate, you just change the version to BB2. changeing the version will change the skin of your forum, and what it looks like alittle, but it's the fast way out, or you could whate tell Tuesday or Monday for the forumotion guys to fix the BB3 version.

I whould recomend waiting I guess, unless your users are complaing alot.

dr.sport get your facts right, its not the version of the forum its doing this its something else. I also recommend you stop helping people here till you know what you are taking about. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have told you that your information is wrong.

rrugaci_i_vogel is a member of staff deleting them? Please check in Admin Panel // General // Security.
