Favicons and Cursors

I have read the instructions on how to do favicons and cursors, but I dont understand them.

Cursors: I have absolutly no idea how to do this. But here is what I want as the cursor:

Favicons: I got my favicon, I got it as a .ico, but how do I put it in my website address?
