    Hello.

    That´s my first suggestion for this support forum, hope you`ll like it Cool

    I´ve noticed that here you only have the "Solved" icon for posts...

    So...why not add two new post icons called "Only topic" and "in progress"?

    The "only topic" one would be for topics about general problems (i have seen that when you want to do an only topic, you just add [Only Topic] in the beggining of the post title...

    It would looks better if an "Only Topic" exists...

    And, "In Progress" icon would be for user`s problems that are not solved yet.

    For example, I write a post explaining one doubt, and while I don´t get solved my doubt, the "In progress" icon would be put on, and when I get my doubt solved, I would put the "Solved" icon (this already exists)

    This would be very helpfull (from my point of view), about all for the Staff, because they could see the state of a post, just looking at what icon have that post.

    Well, that`s all by now, hope you like this suggestion Razz

    In Spanish Forumotion forum, there are both post icons (in progress and only topic one, besides the solved one too), and I think that makes the forum to be very tidy Dawa
