Solved Administration color?

What is this used for? I think it's when an administrator posts it has the color for the font but it doesn't work for me Sad. Can someone clear this up for me and give me a proper answer? Thanks.

If you don't have any usergroups visible, it will show the mods and admins with those colors but it won't be clickable.
