Depends on what you are reporting. If you are reporting due to a forum breaking the ToS, Forumotion will review the report and make the necessary actions on the forum. If Forumotion doesn't find anything breaking the ToS then nothing is going to happen to the forum.

i have reported them for copying our forum and they also have been spreading roumers about our forum and nothing has happened
