Preview Problem

I notice after I hit "preview" to view my message, it nolonger shows up. nothing shows up now. I believe it has something to do with when I had changed something in the administration panel to make my post new topic box to appear at the top of the forum and nolonger at the bottom, but I don't remember how or where I had made this change.

I'm on a public computer so I have no preview available for now, unfortunately. But I recall it had something to do with members being able to see thier post and preview at the top or bottom.
I wanted to change it back to the bottom, but can't remember how?
