Problem with the auto message option

Hello... Before i start with my question i must say well done to those who created the forumotion... It's one of the best free boards on the net..

So this is the problem... I've been trying to make an auto message in the admin panel so that it would be sent yo anybody who made a registration. What i do is go to the section General Admining-Private messages & email, check "Allow welcome private message" enabled, write the message and the title in the space and then click on submit (or whatever it is caled in English cause my forum is in greek.) When i go there again to check it the PM i've just wrote is disappeared and "Allow welcome private message" disabled is checked... I'm testing the forum with some testing accounts i've made and no Welcome auto pm is send when i register... What can i do?

Bump any of the admins who knows the solution?

make sure you have your username in right. like i was admin when i joined my forum, but then i changed it to my name, and the welcome PM's wouldnt work until i changed it there too. if that doesnt work it could be a bug.

I did actually change my name from admin to HillONE but i changed it in the auto message too.. So that is not the problem... I'll try it again though..
