Embed into Source Code? Empty Embed into Source Code?

Hey guys i am new to this whole Forumotion thing and i think it is brilliant.
However, i have a minor problem, it appears that i am unable to locate the source code of which i have to "embed" content for other sites.
Does anyone know how i would find the source code and paste this code into it?
all help much appreciated
