2 posts in a row auto-merged

Is it possible to have these posts auto-merged so that the if someone posts 2 times in a row the second post gets added the the first one?

I am not sure what you mean.
if they are two different topics being started then no it would not be able to merge with another one unless you merged them together.

and as far as a post,reply comment.. then it will be in the thread that they are replying or pop sting to

Ok, Like say I reply to this topic, then in 10 seconds I add another comment to this topic, I want the 2nd comment added to the 1st automatically. So I have one comment not 2, one after the next.
