So I have a message in my admin panel stating that since I have such high traffic that I can renew for free, however when I click to renew it then tells me it will cost 1600 credits to renew? Explain to me how its free if Im paying for it? LOL.

You already have a domain so its useless for a free one right now.

My domain expires in 30 days, I have a message telling me I can renew it for another year for FREE yet when I click the button to do it I then get a message that I have to pay 1600 credits for it. So whats this all about?

You could wait the 30 days and see or contact Typlo.

The only person that does domains here is Typlo. I don't work at Forumotion.
