I did not see any posts regarding this issue, I have had my potential members check junk mail and their spam settings in email, but they have registered with the email address and now cannot use the address. How do I go about removing an address if they have not confirmed? They obviously cannot confirm if they do not have the reply email.

You can go to User & Groups // In Active List to activate their account.
