Bullets beside Sub forums on Index

Alright, I was wondering how do I put bullets beside the Sub forums on the index page. For example it would look something like this.

Display>Structure & Hierarchy
Sub-level links on index : With Icons
Save.

Well alright, I got that, but how do I want to change that little paper to another icon if I wanted too? I would like to have like a small yellow or so bullet there.
