Posts to make a topic?

Is it possible to set up something so it takes like, 50 posts to be able to make your own topic?

In a way this is possible, but it does take about 2 minutes of work, and ofcause 2 steps

1) Create a new group Admin panel >> Users & Groups ( Tab ) >> Group administration > Create new.
Name it "50+ posters" or whatever you desire, and tick the "auto-grouping" (so it opens a new line) and make the "number of posts" to 50 and save.

2) Head to your Forum control: Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Categories and Forums > Press any X/Tick and only allow this group to post new topics in here. & Save.
Repeat as desired.

Note that anyone with 50+ posts will enter the group, even if you disallow them, as long as their in the 50+ Post group, they'll be able to post in there.
