Requesting banner for my forum

With or without animation : Without, please.
Background color : #29344A Unless done with images, or something like that. I just want to make sure that it matches the forum layout.

I'd like it if these images were used in the background, and then hopefully above it an image of Naruto putting his kunai to Sasuke's throat and Sasuke putting his blade to Naruto's, if you can find that particular image (I couldn't.) Or otherwise simply a pic of them looking all rival like lol.
Text to insert : Shinobi Genesis, and then in a different/smaller font A Naruto RPG.

I just want something really nice, detailed, and professional looking. I suppose that's a really vague request, but if you can think of something really cool that will match the layout and everything you don't need to use the images I provided. Would prefer someone pretty advanced in GFX for this request.

We no longer accept requests from fresh new forums ... we are not sure whether your forum will be a success or not. And its a shame wasting time on uncertain forums rather then forums that have been around long. So requests open to 1 month old forums and over. => Request refused - Garbage
