    I found out how to add a warning bar.. thanks to this :

    But how do i edit a person's warning bar when he/she breaks a rule?

    Go to the memberlist, find their profile, click Administrate Profile, scroll down to the warning bar and choose which image you want.

    Sorry, For double post but I just figured out that they can only edit their own bar :| not others.

    Go to the profile field of warning bar and set it so only Admins can change it.
