News panel...

I was wondering if there was a way to get a sort of news panel at the top of my site, like the one you can see here:

http://padsprg.proboards.com/index.cgi?

(The box that says "Welcome to Dark Rebellion" and so on) Or at least similar.

That's not a forumotion forum...
however you can add such things like that on your hompage message which will be placed at the top portion of the index, go to:
admin panel>display>generalities>on homepage message box, you can put such announcements you want to appear on the top portion of the index>save

Yes, I know it's not... But it's still html. But thank you, I'll play around with that.
