Portal Redirecting is not working Empty Portal Redirecting is not working

I have "The Portal" set and saved in Display > Generalities. However, the banner still links to /forum.htm. Is there something else that I'm doing wrong?

Edit: oh, btw, my forum is http://gotrboards.darkbb.com
