Is there any way to make the Register button bigger on my forum: http://morecambetalk.forumotion.com or maybe even put a Register link on right-hand side of header, cheers

Well firstly do you mean the register button that shows up in that annoying modal-box? Or the register link below the header of your site? Depending on which one you meant I can most likely give you the code to stick a register button or link on the side of the header.
