IP Banning?

IP Banning? Empty IP Banning?

Whenever I temp ban someone, they automattically get IP Banned! I dont want them IP Banned automatically! How to I change this/

go to admin panel
users
user admin
find the member in the list
click on thier name thier profile info should come up, scroll to the bottom, and click on unactivate, this temp bans them. It is what I do when I suspend members
