How to put word limit on posts?

Hi there,

I currently started a new forum, and we have gotten a lot of users. My problem is that most of them are putting in 1 word messages, which is the same as spam to me. I want to be able to put like a 15 letter word limit in each post, to make sure no one spams. Is this possible?

Character limit for title is possible. But not for the post itself.

Oh, I think I worded it a bit wrong.

What I want is not a character limit that stops the user from adding text to the post. I want a character limit that basically doesn't allow the post to go through unless it's 15 characters or more, to prevent spam.
