Rok, I have a quick suggestion. Make a bright yellow like you did green. If he picks the light green, then he might want a light yellow too.

background => White => FC 52 <= black <= font

background => White => MADOERS <= black <= font


for all rank change width to 140px

Hm, so you want me to change the width of ALL the ranks to 140px? I didn't save the XCF files for each of the ranks, so that means I would have to remake them all over again... unless, you want the ranks to look all scrunched-up looking.
