we added a who plays who list to the area where the rules is posted and I would like that to be shown on the portal

I can see the latest topics widget. Everything looks normal.

what I mean is the area where it says The Rules of Westbrook High, there should be another topic listed under it called The Who's Who of Westbrook High, but it is not there
