Can I and how to set up news on the Portal in this format?

That is the middle of a portal? The centar of a portal are news, that are displayed on the portal from a forum you choose in Module >> Portal >> Structure >> News >> >> General options of the widget : News >> Board of the news :

That topic on forum looks like that. Depending on the topic looks in forum you choose, will be you portal news apperance.

Or you are thinking on something else?

I know that isn't your forum. I just wanted to give you an example how to make your news look like that. Your portal news reflect your forum topics. To have it displayed like that, with photo and text next to it you would have to do your topics one by one like I did with my previus post here (my post would display on portal like your photo in first post).
Is there something to make it more simplier, maybe some widget, I really don't know

If you use Nera. code you can have the way you want it. The image would be smaller and you can put your content. All you need to do to make it work is put the code in your topic that displays it on your portal.
