Unable to register new members?

my forums why are unable to sign new members, each click Register notice, it appears as follows:



although I did check the settings on the button "Allow New Member" as shown below:


if not solve this problem, the forum will not have my membership because members can not be registered

Your forum is simply set to Forum on holiday.

Go to: PA > General > (Left menu) Forum > Configuration.

Check no to Forum on holiday and then save.

New members will be allowed to register.

I'd say you don't have an image for the Thanks button. ACP -> Display -> Pics managament -> Advanced -> Buttons.
