but maybe it is possible to write the news by not posting them in to the forum and have the same (comments, date)?
No, I don't think so. You have to post them at the forum. The widget on the portal only retrieves the posted information from your forum and displays it on the portal.

Like LBT said, you can make a second portal page.
To manually make a second portal page, go to the Portal Managements, and on the Portal Pages List, type in the name of your new portal and click create. You can arrange the widgets the way you want it.
IF you want to copy everything on first portal for the second portal, all you need to do is click the "Duplicate" button on the first portal. That way you won't have to rearrange widgets and make it look like the first portal page - you already have it automatically. Don't forget to choose which forum you want it to display the news from.

After making a second portal page, you need to make it visible, because by default you can only have one portal page. So you have to go to Display>>Headers and Navigations (Under Homepage), and on the Nav Links menu, click "Add customized menu". Give the menu a name (the "Text:" one is the one displayed on the navigation bar later on, not the "Menu:" one). Then on the "Redirection URL", insert /portal2.htm And then click save. You can rearrange the position using the up and down button.

Hope it helped! I haven't tested the second portal page thing, but that's what I was told when I asked about it, so you'll have to test it out first. Hope it works.

And sorry if this is too confusing or such. xD
