Form Set-Up Help

I live in Michigan, USA and was wondering what the appropiate timezone would be for that. Also when I read posts it seems to be 24 hour cycle instead of a 12 hour cycle. Like instead 14:14 being seen I would like to see 2:14 AM. Also how can I change the title of "Admin" to "Commissioner?" I saw this question is "Frequently Asked Questions" but didn't understand it.

To change the admin name, admin panel > users & groups > rank administration > click of the rank you want to modify > in "rank title", define the name you want and save!

Ok sorry about that but I already tried both of those things for each of my problems and it doesn't help. I will try to explain it more clearly.

I have no idea what GMT -/+ (X Amount of hours) means. So basically I am just guessing and checking hoping I get the right time. So in the Admin Panel I was able to get the correct one but not in my profile. In my profile the only option I can get is 4:01 MT (Tuesday the 25th). Its Monday the 24 4:01 PM EDT though. The earliesT time I can get is 8:01 MT (Monday the 24th). Honestly I have no idea what I am doing. So can you please just tell me specifically how to take this off "Army Time"/24 Hour Clock? Thanks

As for changing titles I already have done that. I guess my problem is the legend still saying this: Legend : [ Administrator ] [ Moderator ]. How can I change that to say Commissioner? Thanks

Admin panel > users & groups > group administration > click of the name you want to change > change the group name and save ;)
