problem centering my logo on phpbb 3

who cant i center my logo!!

i have tick the O so it should be in the center.

phpbb 3 logo bit is really weird is it a bug? when you make the page smaller the logo go over the background how can i stop this happening?

ok i fixed the centering but when i make my page smaller i lose my dogs head off the logo bit grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr how do i fixs it so this dont happen.

I't migt be an old thread.. IDK.. im posting my problem here, it is the same problem..
I can not get my "logo/banner" Centered. It is at the left side. i press in the "admin CP --> Style --> Headers --> put it to "center" --> OK although nothing happens :S
anyone know?
