Login box showing but am logged in? Empty Login box showing but am logged in?

I have just gone my forum, one minute like normal and the next the login box was showing at the top, but I AM logged in?

I have changed no settings etc.

I have turned quick login off for the time being, until this can be fixed???

In addition, the announcements no longer scroll, and are limited to what I think is 400 pixels wide. The formatting is also off.
