How can I?....

How can I get my background to show up? I have changed my background for my site a thousand times but it still shows the default black background. It will show the background I selected in the preview.. But when I view my site it is not there.

sorry to bother you again Ganstar but could u help me with something else lol... I post a table and it looks right. If I edit it, it still looks rite. But if my moderator edits it it changes. And yes he has html turned on, just like me. I will show you what I am talking about.


Idk what ur doing.. but on my screen the welterweight table looks WAY different than the others to me. U dont see what I am talking about?
