    Are you sure you allow guests to see forums & categories?:
    Admin Panel > General > Categories & Forums > Permissions

    Try to avoid double posting, you can use the EDIT button though,

    It's because you have no forums viewable to guests. go to your forum's ACP and head to Categories, then change the permissions on guests viewable.

    Solved forum unlocked but, when ppl have put pass & name it goes again on that

    nope. i tryed too make new account. when my forum was locked, i made accs, now when unlocked, cant make accounts. i really put the pass carefully.

    What do you mean can't make accounts? You need to first decide whats the problem you are facing. We can't randomly provide solutions, when we don't know the problem in the first place.
