If I may suggest though;
The effect around New P.M needs to be rethought. It makes the button bigger than the ones around it and breaks the harmony between the images. Why not change the background colour like you did for Portal?
Talking of which, I'm a bit perplex as to why Portal is green and not Calendar and Gallery, other modules.
Finally, many Admins like having the Register button stick out. Maybe change that background into a more "flashy" colour?
